Chef de Partie
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen crew at the Dysart Arms in Bunbury, Cheshire.
As a Chef de Partie you'll have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will generally be given responsibility to look after a particular section with the help of other chefs
On a daily basis you’ll be supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a range of duties including fresh food preparation and cooking as well as undertaking kitchen management duties including ordering, stock control and ensuring food safety and cleaning standards are met.
We encourage all our chefs to embrace our food culture and take part in menu development changes so you’ll have the chance to submit your own ideas for new dishes on the menu.
This is a key role in the kitchen and we’re looking for someone with good cooking skills and experience of working in a busy kitchen in a fresh food environment. Creating a happy working atmosphere is vital to the successful running of the kitchens and comes high on our agenda and so your contribution to creating a friendly and supportive working environment is crucial.
