Senior Chef de Partie Cambridge Cambridgeshire upto 18.5K Plus Tips

Senior Chef de Partie required for this Superb privately owned Country House Hotel and Award Winning Restaurant  

The hotel is a popular business and wedding venue with a fine dining restaurant pushing for 3 rosettes. The Head Chef is looking for Senior Chef de Partie with previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients ideally with previous experience of Rosette standard cooking.

The position may suit a Strong Chef de Partie looking for the next step in their career.

As Senior Chef de Partie should be a good communicator and be capable of running any section and to deputise for the Junior Sous in their absence.

This is a live out position so applicants will need to live in the Cambridge, Milton or Newmarket area with their own transport if required


Salary of upto £18,500
Share of Staff Tips
