Chef de Partie is required for this superb, Country House Hotel using all fresh ingredients for their busy award winning restaurant, lounge bar and function suites.
The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef de Partie, somebody used to cooking with all fresh ingredients in a busy hotel environment.
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team assisting with a variety of daily tasks preparing fresh ingredients ready for the Award Winning Restaurant, Bar Lounge and function suites. Ensuring that your section is clean, organised and ready for service.
Live is available if required or would suit anyone living in the Slough, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Hayes or possibly Watford area with their own transport if required.
Excellent Salary upto £20,000 (depending on experience)
Share of Staff Tips (approx. £250 per month, £3000 per year)
