Sous Chef – New CPU, Organic Food - Salary £28,000 - £32,000 - depending on expreince

A wonderful opportunity to join this very cool business based in West London, as the CPU Sous chef.

This new operation is opening up and needs a Support for the Head Chef / Production manager to over sea the production of the Organic production kitchen and a team of 10 CPU staff.

This site will be producing a number of food items for grab and go and requires a CPU chef / production manager who has great experience working in CPU’s, Food Production and as a chef.

The operation will be producing a number of items for their Deli/Restaurant/Retail outlet which is opening in the center of London and will grow rapidly to over 25 sites in the next couple of years.

The food on offer will be 100% organic and as a result need someone who understands this and also has a good knowledge of Sous Vide style of packaging, cooking and preparation

You will work under the Head Chef and will have the opportunity to progress as the business expands and grows

The starting salary is up to £32,000 inc bonus

If you have:

  • CPU / production experience
  • Knowledge of Organic produce
  • Previous experience with Sous Vide cooking and the process involved
  • Are a chef or have worked with food manufacturing
  • Are good with paper work, due diligence and Health and safety
  • Are up to date with allergens and systems
  • Want to be part of something that is growing
