Admin Co-ordinator - Edgbaston
We’re looking for a friendly and super organised person to support the management team in a customer service and administration role.
On a day to day basis you’ll be responsible for managing bookings, dealing with general customer enquiries and managing all administration related to special events.
You’ll also undertake a proactive role in terms of marketing our meeting room facilities and special events as well as dealing with general pub administration.
You’ll need to have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry and have a real passion for great customer service, a creative flair and the ability to write interesting articles for social media updates.
Naturally you’ll need to be financially astute and fully competent with IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and social media app’s such as Facebook, Twitter etc.
This is a full time position working 45 hours per week on a flexible basis over 5 days including some weekend shifts on a rota basis.
