Sous Chef – Premium Branded Restaurant - Role Responsibility
Working alongside the Head Chef and the General Manager, you will be a key player in the management team, aiming to deliver excellent food standards whilst maximising sales and profit. You must have experience of motivating and developing large teams within a high volume environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working within a completely fresh food kitchen
- Leading positively by example to promote the culture of the business
- Deliver true guest obsession
- Recruiting, training and developing the team to achieve their personal best
- Working towards achieving consistent GP and audit scores
- Recognise kitchen performance as the key to maintaining unbeatable food standards
Sous Chef – Premium Branded Restaurant - The Ideal Candidate
You must be an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef with experience of leading large teams within a high-volume and fresh food environment. You will have the energy and commitment required to succeed in this high-profile company. The ideal candidate will be ready to progress to Head Chef within 12-18 months, and is likely to already have experience at Head Chef level.
