Experienced Chef de Partie Pastry – HIX Soho
We are currently looking for an experienced chef de partie pastry to complete the brigade at this busy, critically-acclaimed Soho restaurant, HIX serves the best British seasonal produce available with regularly changing menus. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Britain's leading chefs and restaurateurs, Mark Hix.
If you have at least two years' experience in a similar role and good knowledge of British food we would like to hear from you.
The right pastry chef de partie will have enthusiasm, drive and a passion for British seasonal food, thriving under pressure in a busy environment. We try and promote from within and as we have other restaurants in London there is plenty of opportunity for progression if you have the right HIXY attitude!
In return for your hard work, we are offering chef de partie’s a competitive salary of circa £26,000 per annum and staff benefits to include:
up to 50% staff discount across all HIX restaurants
28 days holiday rising by 1 day per year to 33 days
Staff food (AM & PM)
£750 referral bonus
