We are looking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry CDP to join our clients brigade. You must be standards driven with a genuine drive and ambition. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right Pastry Sous Chef to work within a talented team. Candidates will have experience in a similar sized / quality establishment. As a Pastry Sous Chef you will be a committed and dedicated individual who strives for perfection and enjoys producing volume as well as fine dining. This role requires real passion, creativity and flair.
