A Junior Sous chef is required for a 5 Star Rosette Hotel in Berkshire . The applicant must have sound cooking skills to 3 rosette level, with a background of training and management within a medium to large kitchen The applicant must have first class English spoken and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels Currently a turnover of £1.5m on food.
