Kitchen Manager vacancy: The Gamecock, a high volume Carvery based in Blackburn is looking for an engaging Kitchen Manager to help them to deliver the best food quality and safety in the area.
The Gamecock is a picturesque pub in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Blackburn with views like no other. This is an ideal appointment for a 1st time Kitchen Manager, as full training is given and Carvery experience is not necessary. Our new Kitchen Manager will have a real drive to exceed expectations and a positive can do attitude! Kitchen Manager role:
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
