A Chef de Partie is required to join the team at this superb luxury hotel and award winning restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef de Partie that has a real eye for detail and wants to go that extra mile to produce outstanding food. Most of all our clients are looking for a team player and determination required to work in a busy kitchen.
Chef de Parties applying for this position will ideally have a proven track record in 1 or 2 Rosette kitchens, but this is not essential if you have a stable background in hotels using fresh ingredients. Demi Chef de Parties with rosette experience looking for a step up may be considered.
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team to complete various tasks including daily prep and ensuring that your section is ready for service.
Live in may be available but this position may also suit applicants living in the Epsom, Dorking, Woking, Guildford, Chertsey or Kingston-Upon-Thames areas.
Basic Salary upto £19,000 (depending on experience)

Chef Selection deal with a wide range of group owned and independent Hotels, Restaurants and Dining Pubs from 3 black Star to 5 Red Star.
