Having built a reputation for events and live music we are looking for a Kitchen Manager to drive the food sales and quality in this pub. Kitchen Manager role:
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
