It has a small dining area, a main sports bar with SKY TV and two pool tables that the local teams use regularly. The business is the heart of the local community with the manager leading value, service & quality whilst developing the team

Bracknell is currently undergoing a major regeneration project that will improve the town centre & transport links making this already popular town centre an even more desirable location for businesses & the local comunity

Role & Responsibilities

As a General Manager you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the successful management of the business.

With the desire to excel, succeed and win, ideally you will have a clear understanding of high-street / late-night operations and how to drive sales and grow profit in this highly competitive environment. You will be energetic and focused, and able to adapt to the demands of both the food and entertainment elements of the business. With fantastic people skills you will have the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team and engage your customers. Upbeat, efficient customer service, high quality products and exceptional presentational standards are key, so you will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service.
