Brighton - Open Day 19th October
We call them Grillers (Chef), Cashiers, Hosts and Kitchen Porters and together they make up a team of Nandocas. Our Nandocas (team members) are the Heart and Soul of our restaurants, they work in busy stressful environments and they have fun doing it!
As a Nandoca (team member), you’ll have passion for preparing great food, take pride in your presentation and in your standards and most importantly you’ll treat your fellow colleagues like family. You can expect to have a contract for 30 – 40 hours a week, starting competitive rate and after you’ve completed your training we’ll increase your pay!
