Role Title: Catering Assistant

Reporting to: Restaurant Manager  

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve customers professionally
  • Ensuring that all customer are served correctly, quickly and in a pleasant manner
  • Taking action on customer queries in the interest of the customer and companies operation
  • Maintaining positive feedback from customers on the services and facilities within the restaurant
  • Report all potential accidents
  • Take responsibility of your own health and safety and that of colleagues and customers
  • Clean and maintain the restaurant to current hygiene regulations, company procedures and best practices
  • Maintain stock rotation
  • Manage and maintain wastage records
  • Set up and operate till procedure
  • To attend and participate in any training that is deemed necessary by your Manager
  • Communicate with fellow team members professionally
  • Maintain all equipment and facilities
  • To assist with any other duties as required by your line manager
  • To assist with any other duties not directly linked to your job description but commensurate with your position from time to time. Your cooperation will always be appreciated but not abused.
