 This wonderful group is expanding and as a result are looking for strong head chef to join them through this exciting transition in Central London.

Currently operating as one of the best, up and coming Asian concepts in London, they have sites in Soho, Central and East London with more on the way.

The menu is fresh, the kitchens are busy (£30,000+ per week), the teams are skilled, and they use fresh ingredients – Offering a sumptuous menu of beautifully crafted Japanese cuisine, from Ramen to Sushi.

We require:

  • A head chef who has 2 years’ experience as a head chef
  • A head chef who has  worked in high volume kitchens
  • A head chef who is able to use Fourth Hospitality and FnB shop
  • A head chef who has  worked in High end branded kitchens or In depended restaurants 
  • A head chef who has  worked with Asian cuisine with excellent wok skills
  • A head chef who has  a great personality

In return is:

  • A salary of £30,000 - £37,000 Depending on experience
