Kitchen Manager Designate
All Bar One are currently looking for a driven Kitchen Manager Designate for the London area.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join the All Bar One team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group.
What you’ll do in this role…
As Kitchen Manager Designate you’ll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards. You’ll spend time training and working in sites in the area to gain an understanding of our operation before starting in a kitchen of your own.
