A great opportunity for a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at this multi award winning, Hotel and Restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background of at least 2 – 3 years in the industry in ‘all fresh food’ ideally 2 – 3 rosette awarded hotel s or Michelin restaurant kitchens.
Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of Breads and plated deserts for the fine dining restaurant.
As Demi Chef de Partie Pastry it is you will be expected to learn the dishes as shown to you by chef de parties to the standard set by the head chef, at this stage of your career it is understood that you will still be learning however you will be expected to have good knife skills and have a strong desire to learn more and eventually run your own section.
As Demi Chef de Partie Pastry you would be trained to work in all sections of the pastry kitchen with the opportunity to complete further NVQs available for those candidates wishing to further develop.
Excellent Basic Salary upto £18,000
