Chef de Partie Sudbury Suffolk upto 19K Plus Tips and Live In
Chef de Partie required to complete the team at their busy Country Inn and award winning Restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who has the skill and flair to produce at least 2 Rosette Standard cooking from locally sourced ingredients.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for completing daily prep ensuring that your section is organised and ready for service. Part of your duties will be to help train the juniors ensuring that they develop their cooking skills further.
There is live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living close to Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Braintree, Lavenham, Haverhill or Colchester area with their own transport
Salary upto £19,000 (depending upon experience)
