Pastry Chef is required to lead the small pastry team at this Superb Country House Hotel multi award winning fine dining restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to take control of the day to day running of the pastry section including menu creation, making everything in house and providing a wide range of products for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is definitely a position for a motivated Pastry Chef; a strong Pastry Chef de Partie would be considered as would an experienced Pastry Chef looking to make their mark.
Excellent Salary of upto £30,000 (depending upon experience)
