Toby Carvery are currently looking for a driven General Manager Designate for the South East.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Toby Carvery team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group.

What you’ll do in this role

You’ll be responsible for managing and training your team to consistently deliver attentive customer service, whilst meeting your businesses targets. Your attention to detail means that you’re on top of every element of running your business from front of house and kitchen, through to staffing, inventory, entertainment, local marketing and finance. You’ll spend 3 – 6 months training and working in sites in the area to gain an understanding of our pubs before starting in a business of your own.
