My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their Amazing hotel which is surrounded by stunning views from every angle. The hotel has an award winning restaurant which is not surprising as the Head Chef uses only the finest local caught fish and local reared meat to write his menus.
As Junior Sous Chef you will have 2 or 3 years’ experience in a two rosette hotel or restaurant with a stable background. You will be able to keep calm under pressure and be able to teach junior chefs.
This role would also suit a strong Chef de Partie looking for their next career move as a Junior Sous Chef.
