A Sous Chef is required to complete the team at this superb City Centre Hotel, award winning restaurant and luxury banqueting suite.
This is a great opportunity for a talented chef with experience in both Fine Dining and Banqueting who is looking to take on more responsibility and develop their skills further. My client will consider a strong Junior Sous with relevant experience looking for a step up.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
As Banqueting Sous Chef you should have the necessary skills and confidence required to organise, prepare and send functions to a rosette standard.
This is a live out position and would suit anyone in the Edinburgh area or Dalkeith, Roslin, Livingston and Queensferry areas with their own transport.
Excellent basic salary upto £28,000 (depending upon experience)
