Chef de Partie 3 Rosette Dorchester Dorset upto 20k Plus Tips and Live in
Chef de Partie required for this Superb Luxury County House Hotel and Spa for their Fine Dining restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with a minimum of 3 – 4 year experience in 2 Rosette or above kitchens.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Commis and/or Demi Chefs. Depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas.
The style of cooking is Modern Classics, perfectly cooked and presented making the most of the seasons.
Excellent Basic Salary £20,000 (depending upon experience)
