Junior Sous Chef - Modern British Fine Dining
We are looking for an aspiring and creative Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of this close nit team who are looking to improve the restaurants already highly acclaimed reputation.
As a Junior Sous Chef in the kitchen you will be responsible for the running of the kitchen when required as well as maintaining a well-run and organized section while making sure you are well prepared daily. You will have the opportunity to help with menu development and put your own ideas on the menu while learning from a chef with an excellent pedigree behind him.
This position is ideal for a Senior Chef De Partie looking for their first Junior Sous Chef position as well as offering already established Junior Sous Chefs the opportunity to progress further.
Junior Sous Chefs are required to work 7 shifts a week over 5 days. Overtime is available and is paid per shift.

* Basic salary of £25,000 and upto £30,000
