Right now, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Belgo gang.
As a Belgo Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering fantastic service to our customers. You’ll play a fundamental part in delivering the right levels of turnover and profit and guiding your team to provide amazing customer service. You will be keen to develop your career too – our Assistant Managers are our future Restaurant Managers.
- Managing the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Managing a talented team
- Ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded
- Advising customers on menu and wine choice
- Recruiting, training and motivating your team
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
- Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in driving sales and controlling costs
You’ll be a great leader with strong communication and influencing skills, you’ll have an approachable manner and a “hands on” attitude. You’ll also have an eye for detail, and the ability to drive consistent brand standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll have ambition, energy and of course a fascination with beer! Above all though, you’ll share our values – you’ll be passionate, confident, caring and trustworthy taking pride in all that you do.
