Chef de Partie 2 Rosette Wokingham Berkshire upto 17K Plus Tips and Live In
Chef de Partie required for this beautiful country house hotel serving conferences, regular, weddings and an award winning fine dining restaurant.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for a section, supervising Juniors, preparing, cooking and serving Multi Rosette standard starters, mains and desserts.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with good all-round experience in an all fresh Hotel, ideally with rosette experience although this is not essential if you have the passion and desire to progress. You should be able to demonstrate a natural flair for cooking and be enthusiastic and keen to help the team maintain and improve standards. Demi Chef de Parties looking for a step up will be considered.
This position is not for the feint hearted as you will be a vital member of the team as they push for further accolades. The chef is looking for someone with the passion and dedication to cook great food and gain valuable experience in a multi operation hotel.
This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their CV in a great property under an experienced Head Chef. Further training and NVQs will be provided if required.
There is live in available for this position but it may also suit anyone living in the Wokingham, Reading, Slough, Windsor, Woking, Farnborough and Basingstoke areas.
Excellent Basic Salary of upto £17,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
Tips of approx 1k per year
