Junior Sous Chef required to join the team at this busy restaurant serving 150 – 200 covers per day
As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients in a busy hotel or restaurant and have the confidence and ability to run any section if required.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are placed with suppliers, stored correctly, all prep is organised, delegated out to the team and completed in time for service.
Live in is available for upto 6 months if required to allow anyone time to relocate for the position but would also suit anyone living close to Stamford, Market Deeping, Oakham, Corby or possibly Peterborough area with their own transport if required
Salary of upto £26,000 (depending upon experience)
