Head Chef – New opening, London up to £60,000
We are recruiting for this amazing new opening that is due to open by the end of 2016 and will be offering amazing Steak and Barbecued meats.
The kitchen will be a fun place to work with, pit smokers, wood fired ovens and Argentinian grills to play with and create the best meat on offer in London.
You will be able to use primitive cooking methods, cooking over wood, fire and smoke to create 21st century dishes and masterful desserts.
The restaurant will be BUSY, and will have a large team chef so we need someone who is not only Amazing with people but is able to managed a large number of top quality chefs
In a head Chef we need:
- Love and passion for meat
- An interest in natural and primitive cooking methods
- Experience of running brigade of 20 or more
- Love being hands on and coaching, nurturing and developing junior chefs
- Able to use BOH systems such as FnB shop, fourth hospitality or similar
- Ideally have worked up to 2AA rosette level
- Someone who has a big personality and is a natural leader, when you walk in to the room, people know what you are…
On offer is a great salary of up to £60,000 plus lots and lots of perks.
This new opening is going to open to great fanfare, so someone who has experience with new openings would be a huge advantage for this role
