Haven is currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to support our Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a manager who has, the drive, tenacity and proven track record to deliver sustainable customer led improvement
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy and therefore need to remain strategically visible whilst driving and motivating your team to succeed
You will have a strong understanding of how customers engage with a business through touch points and interactions.
To be successful I will have:
Experience and or knowledge from within a customer contact arena
Knowledge and passion for customer experience programmes
Strong influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Interpret Impact of insight provided on the business.
A clear passion for customer service
Experience of leading a team
An energetic, keen and self-motivated individual with an ability to influence and engage others.
Ability to work on two levels - understandingthe broader business vision and plan whilst delivering the coreday to day requirements
Hemel based but flexibility to travel UK wide as required
Microsoft expertise - Competent in Excel, Word and Power point - prepared to train to Intermediate level if not currently.
Familiar with Customer Experience methodology and tools inc Customer Journey Mapping and a basic understanding of application of Customer Segmentation outputs, including an understanding and/or experience of NPS.
Understanding of Project management
