A Demi Chef de Partie is required to join the team of this superb Coastal hotel and fine dining restaurant which uses the best of the local season produce, fish and shellfish.
As Demi Chef de Partie you should have a stable 2 - 3 years’ experience working in a rosette kitchen, but experience in good quality all fresh kitchens will be considered.
The Ideal Demi Chef de Partie should have the ability to step into the Larder section, but chef likes to train in all sections so knowledge of basic sauces and soups etc would be an advantage.
Excellent basic salary £16,000 (depending upon experience)
Equal Share of Staff Tips (average of £1,500 per year)
