Head Bartender - London
Salary £22,010 to £24,660 per annum inclusive of Inner London Weighting.

Our Martini Bar is looking to bring in an enthusiastic Head Bartender to lead a team of cocktail bartenders during service, to assist in the development of cocktail making classes for the public and Barbican members, and to support the Bars Management team in the day-to-day operation of the Martini Bar.
The ideal candidate will have strong previous cocktail and mixology experience, as well as having a high level of customer service and sales experience. You will be confident in leading a team, teaching classes and running service in a busy environment.
You will be able to cope well with pressure and show a strong ability to solve problems. You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to learn new skills quickly.
This role works on a rota basis of 35 hours per week over 7 days, including evening and weekend work.
