Sous Chef - 2AA Rosette - 3* £22k pa
We are looking for a sous chef for our clients 2 rosette, 3 star New Forest Hotel. The hotel has a great reputation food with a 40 seat restaurant, 30 seat bar plus weddings and functions with capacity upto 90 seated, as well as 36 bedrooms and a swimming pool.

There is currently a team consisting of a head chef, CDP, Commis & full time Kitchen Porter.

The restaurant is being rebranded over the next 6 months so it's an exciting time to join.]
In short we are looking for a grafter with an eye for detail and a passion for any type of food. There is sure to be lot of invention over the next 6 months. It's also very important to remember it's all about the customers and the food choices will very much be led by them.

Must be very experienced with fresh food with some experience of butchery and patisserie. Ideally already a sous chef they must be confident to maintain the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.

The whole team at the hotel is very committed to its success and there is great comradery.
