You will be expected to support the kitchen team in all food preparation and other duties as required. You will also ensure exceptional standards of hygiene in all areas of the kitchen and contribute to the upkeep of our strict Health & Safety policies.
Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred
Food hygiene qualification is preferred
SVQ Level 1 & 2 Professional Cookery or equivalent
Good attention to detail
Proactive approach to service challenges
Immaculate presentation standards in all that you do
Good communication skills with colleagues at all levels
Good standards of numeracy & literacy
Passion to exceed guest expectation first time, on time, every time
Staff must be eligible to work in the UK
Turnover in this venue is low mainly due to the opportunity they offer and it is rare that roles come up. Recruiting now due to expansion and business development as we head in to the 2016 golf season.
This position is full time and permanent and offers a generous shift pattern which falls in line with the winter and summer opening hours of the facility.
In return a generous basic salary plus excellent benefits available to include overtime or time off in lieu + staff discounts, free hotel nights and other golfing privileges in this world class golfing area.
