We are currently looking for a pastry demi chef who can support the pastry chef de partie ‘s and pastry chef in running pastry production. Pastry production creates the pastry dishes for the various outlets within this hotel. This pastry commis chef role will include all the normal pastry commis chef duties. Experience We are looking for a pastry chef with current experience as a pastry commis chef or a pastry chef de partie looking to join one of the best 5 star hotels. 5 Star Hotel seek a Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry). Assisting on a section during the busy service and helping develop fresh dishes from scratch. As Demi Chef De Partie you will help develop the commis chefs too. The ideal Demi Chef De Partie will have two years experience as a Commis or Demi Chef De Partie in a similar fine dining restaurant.
