Salary: £20,000 per annum plus tips
My client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their amazing hotel which is surrounded by stunning views from every angle. The hotel has an award winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant which is not surprising as the Head Chef uses only the finest local caught fish and local reared meat to write his menus.
As Chef de Partie you will have 2 or 3 years experience in a one or two rosette hotel or restaurant with a stable background. You will be able to keep calm under pressure and be able to teach junior chefs. The lucky Chef de Partie will be able to run their section and be able to do all the ordering for the section.
