Salary: £30,000 per annum
Juice Hospitality are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie for our client in who are an independent luxury bar and restaurant where guests can eat, drink and have fun! The kitchen is newly equipped following an extensive refurbishment with state of the art appliances including a bespoke charcoal grill and wood fired oven and the cuisine is modern British.
Our client certainly packs a punch when it comes to food as with so much to offer aspiring Chefs. They are looking for an enthusiastic person that can train and develop their team of Commis Chefs and KP's as well as assist the Head Chef in his absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience from a down to earth Michelin trained Chef and to help run your section.

A couple of pre-requisites:
- A keen interest in food
- A desire to make your name in our kitchen with a view to developing your career
- Training and staff management experience
- You must be highly presentable, friendly, engaging personality, outgoing and a team player.
Own transport is essential due to semi remote location.
