Regional Development & Training Manager, 30/35k “Pub sector”

Job Title:                       Regional Development & Training Manager

Location:                       South West (Bristol and surrounding)

Salary Package             £30,000 - £35,000 + Car, Bonus and Benefits  

TO apply for this role, you MUST have some Development & Training experience at a Management level, within a hospitality background, pubs is a bonus

The Training and Development Manager Role:

  • Development and Training Manager shall be responsible for the successful launch of pub investments, and new opening and the delivery of Training.
  • Working alongside the General Manager and the management teams
  • Accountable for the investment and pub launch, project managing the process, providing advice and delivering hands-on support
  • Ensuring a solid start for the pub business.
  • Developing systems to assist in the training and development of managers and front line employees within the company – ensuring that the ‘talent’ is nurtured and taken care of
  • Responsibility for internal communication throughout the group
  • Liaising with internal and external training operators, a large part of the role will involve looking at learning and development within the business
