Our Technical Services teams are proud to deliver excellent service to our guests and ensure the services they see and touch are in great shape. They provide a speedy response to any service breakdown and manage the environment within the buildings to give our guests a comfortable leisure break. The safety of our guests at Center Parcs is paramount to everything we do. It is the Technical Services teams' responsibility to maintain safety features throughout the village structures and services, we conduct strict safety audits upon ourselves to make certain Center Parcs staff and guests are safe within our facilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Services Administrator to join our Technical Services team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as the role involves direct contact with the wider team and external contractors. Strong organisation and planning skills are also required, along with good attention to detail, as you will be the collator and custodian of the department statutory and mandatory compliance records. 
Other responsibilities will include supporting the Department Managers and the Technical Services Manager with a range of general admin duties, including answering the telephone, writing meeting notes and raising electronic purchase orders. Excellent computer skills will be required including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
You will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Typically, you will work 3 days per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility may be required. 
You will also be required to work some public / bank holidays.
Essential requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience working in a technical environment and having direct contact with technical staff and contractors would be a distinct advantage
Desirable requirements:
  • A Health and Safety qualification and background
