General Manager

Job Description:

In this role you’re a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team. A General Manager is to drive the brand strategy in all elements of the business and set us aside as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink through consistency and difference. The role involves taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of the hotel. You will also be required to work closely with all department managers in people management, finance and budgeting, sales and revenue management. You will be expected to ensure that our guests receive amazing hospitality at all times, that all staff are able to deliver service exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity. General Manager’s need to have had previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property and  must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and enjoy a hands-on role. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
