Fox Hollies Leisure Centre is currently home to a 50 station gym, power plate studio, sports hall, squash courts, 25m swimming pool, studios which host a wide range of workout classes and much more. Outdoors, Fox Hollies has 3 floodlit, sand-based pitches surrounded by a recently refurbished 400m running track, full size hockey markings and courts.

We have an exciting role for a Membership Advisor to join the team.

Job Purpose
The Membership Advisor will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager in the promotion and sale of the centre`s facilities e.g. Gym memberships to assist in driving and growing the business. You will need to follow company procedures and processes outlined in the sales manual to meet the required standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities;
* Increase membership sales in line with targets.
* To promote the centre`s products and services to encourage new customers / members.
* To conduct tours of the facilities.
* To assist the commercial manager in planning the lead generation programme.
* To maintain and develop a customer database.
* To research and have a good knowledge of local competitors and track their monthly promotions.

Essential / Desirable Skills for the role;
* GSCE Maths and English - grade C or equivalent is essential.
* Experience of working in a similar role / environment with sales/membership experience is essential.
* Hold a Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing would be desirable.
* To have a good knowledge/experience of legend booking system would be desirable, however training will be given.
* Excellent planning and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills.
* Ability to work in a target driven environment.
* Ability to work alone or in a team.
* Flexibility will be required, shifts will cover earlies, lates and weekends.
