Assistant Meetings and Events Manager (Maternity Cover):

Welcome to the main event. Your role as Meetings and Events Assistant Manager involves assisting the Meetings and Events Manager to take responsibility for organising private dining, meetings, and events at the hotel. You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations have been met during their meeting or event and providing amazing hospitality to our guests. You will be expected to communicate with all departments and manage the food and beverage team ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail, creating memories of an experience that the guest will never forget. You must be passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Meetings and Events Assistant Managers must be organised, an excellent communicator and a hands on manager who has excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality hotel is required and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile. This is also a great opportunity to develop yourself to a Manager level.
