The redesigned ‘new generation’ Centre now includes a brand new Hollywood Diner, serving handcrafted burgers, gourmet dogs, freshly made shakes and American classics from the new menu, as well as a brand new booth bar, serving house speciality cocktails and housing a pool table area.

As part of the work, six new and exclusive VIP lanes have been created, allowing visitors to get the star treatment and book to bowl in a plush, roped off area named after their favourite American icon.

About the role:

As our Assistant Manager you’ll be a role model for our team and you’ll be responsible for leading, inspiring and motivating them – ensuring that they are giving our customers a great experience.  You’ll coach and mentor the team, supporting them to hit their targets as well as their personal development goals.

Not only will you be leading the team from the front, you’ll also be on the floor at key times ensuring that our customers are happy and safe.  It’s a very hands-on role and your excellent attention to detail will enable you to enhance their visit – you’ll need to surprise and delight them at every opportunity and create lasting memories.

As our Assistant Manager a key part of your role will also be to drive sales and marketing, you’ll work with the Centre Manager to develop local marketing activities and you’ll be a brand ambassador – promoting the centre in the local community.

About you:

  • At least 18 months’ experience in a customer facing management role
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Sociable with an outgoing personality
  • Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach
  • An understanding of a leisure or hospitality operation
  • Willing to work late nights and weekends
  • Ambition for success!
