General Manager - Stunning Asian Restaurant Brand – Shoreditch – up to £37k basic + Bonus

Location: Shoreditch

Salary:  up to £37k basic + Bonus

The Client

My client is a revolutionary Asian food concept where the ethos of the company is based upon the passion for excellent food that the founders have. Their first site in Central London opened to a fanfare and my client has a plan of many more being opened within the next 2 years. The restaurant is fast paced and is high pressure with a high demand for tables - there is almost always a queue outside the door, but is worth waiting as the atmosphere is electric!!!

The Role

The position of General Manager will be very hands on in managing this challenging business. However, as the company is really people focused, you will be getting involved in building the whole organisational culture, standards and to some extent the whole concept.

The Person

My client is currently looking to recruit a General Manager for Shoreditch however you may be considered for other locations which will be opened very soon. The right General Managers will have experience of high volume sites. You would have to be keen to prove yourself in a high volume environment where you can really shine! We need people that are passionate inside and outside of work, people that are generally outgoing with a positive attitude. Also, passion for food and service is essential.

If you are not scared off by a challenge, are truly passionate about food and have something unique to bring, then why not “step up to the plate” and send your CV now!!!!!
