General Manager for a New Trampoline Park near Brent Cross
We have a hugely exciting opportunity for a general manager to manage and launch a new trampoline park that will be opening in the Brent Cross area this autumn.
We are keen to talk to general manager candidates who have a proven and successful track record in running a large multipurpose health and fitness, children's activity or family entertainment centre. The role will be multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on role with a key focus being to ensure the highest level of health and safety and operational excellence across the trampoline park You will need to be commercially astute to ensure the highest levels of occupancy and yield across a varied programme of activities including free jumping, hosting hundreds of children's parties, fitness classes, corporate bookings and running a busy onsite café. As general manager you will be responsible for the coaching and ongoing training and development of your management team, a large team of court monitors, receptionists, café staff and cleaners. You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members of the public inclusive and supportive in your approach to managing team members and having the personality to instill a fun and vibrant environment in what is a very exciting and fast paced business. You will be expected to work closely with local corporate businesses, schools and community partners to ensure that the trampoline park is marketed and promoted well within the local area using a mix of digital, print and awareness campaigns.
We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of up to 45K basic with the genuine opportunity to earn a further 20K in performance related bonuses, You will be expected to work a minimum of one 1 weekend in 2.
