Reports to: Head Chef
Experience required: 8-10 Years
- Authentic Rustic Italian Style Pizza
- Restaurant environment – supports Head Chef throughout SBU
- Supervisory/leadership roles to Juniors (5 plus)
- GCC experience preferred
Skills: Menu/Recipe Creation
- High volume/excellent quality
- Basic chef administrative skills (costings/rotas/supplier/communications/Hacccp etc)
- English Level 3 Minimum
Remuneration: Basic Salary BD1000 (USD 2657) plus expatriate benefits
