Pastry Chef de Partie is required to join the team at this superb luxury hotel and award winning restaurant.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will need at least 2 years’ experience working in Pastry in a good quality, fresh food kitchen at a minimum of 2 rosette standard.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie candidate will have the necessary experience of producing food from scratch using only fresh ingredients and will require a strong personality, positive attitude and a desire to progress.
The Head Chef is looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie that has a real eye for detail and wants to go that extra mile to produce outstanding food. Most of all our clients are looking for a team player and determination required to work in a busy kitchen.
Live in may be available but this position may also suit applicants living in the Bath, Bristol, Chippenham, Frome, Trowbridge or Chipping Sodbury areas.
Excellent Basic Salary £24,000 (depending on experience)
