The dishes are prepared to order for each customer and are served by our experienced and efficient food services team.
The role of a restaurant manager within Food services is to deliver the divisional strategy by leading the team to deliver operational excellence in order to delight our customers with great hospitality, achieve sales and cash profit targets and effective cost controls whatever the brand and size of operation.
Reporting to the store manager the restaurant manager will be accountable for the following aspects of the business, driving sales and creating a culture where customer satisfaction and operational excellence is vital. Leading by example to motivate the team and comply with food, health and safety business policies, you will maintain and develop strong working relationships and communicate business goals and targets.
You will be a highly proactive individual who has the ability to solve problems and be innovative, have a profit mentality and make effective decisions. You will be able to coach a team to succeed and with your open mind will act as a positive change advocate for the business. You will have energy, pace and be highly motivated to inspire a team to deliver results, show excellent communication skills and have the ability influence at all levels up and down the chain of command.
