A fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to lead a strong team of 10 across 2 prestigious venues offering a unique dining experience!
If you are a strong Senior Sous chef or a Head chef seeking your next challenge and want to be putting your own stamp on menus as well as utilising your expertise in high end, high volume dining, this could be the perfect new job for you.
My client is looking for someone who has stable experience in a 4* or 5* environment. The range here is diverse; offering everything from canapé receptions for 300 to intimate private dining for 8. Catering is undertaken for a broad audience too – tourists and exclusive corporate takeovers both feature heavily in the client/customer portfolio along with individuals who have something to celebrate!
The Ideal Candidate:
Craft trained and qualified
Experience in high volume catering
Exceptional organisational skill
Strong and proven leadership qualities
Extensive knowledge and experience with seasonal British produce
Innovative and creative
Comprehensive working knowledge of H&S and Food Hygiene Standards
