A super opportunity has arisen to become a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a unique venue that creates delicious dishes in an inspiring atmosphere.
Our very well known Head Chef and his team bring a passion for British produce and his exacting eye for detail to the fore creating exciting dishes that give pleasure on every level, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Service is really done with a smile and we are looking for an additional member of the kitchen development team.
Always busy but always smiling the kitchen staff here are unique, they love the product and the atmosphere but most of all are rightly proud of the reputation they have created. Its a very different venue to most we work with.
We are looking for an Commis or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie for a full time permanent position in this Michelin Restaurant.
The first criterion that we look for when we are recruiting for any position is the experience relevant to the job. Equally as important, is attitude and passion – and of course “personality”. That reassures us that you genuinely have passion and desire and that is what we feel is one of the most important ingredients when looking for someone – enthusiasm. It's all about attitude and passion.
The ideal person will have experience Commis or Demi CDP in a minimum 2 Rosette properties and they will be able to bring a smile, warm manner and enthusiasm to this busy well known venue.
